Essential package appointment takes 3hrs of our team’s time.

The comprehensive appointment takes 6-7hrs of our team’s time because it is much more involved.

Our crew typically arrives as a 1-person team.

Because your safety and comfort are of utmost importance, every team member goes through a stringent background check. You will have one designated specialist who will service your home.

Our founder comes from a Federal background and was trusted with this Nation’s secrets. Safety and honesty are of utmost importance for both our customers and employees

Due to the sensitivity of the home locations we service (master bathrooms, kitchens, etc), we prefer that someone is home for the first appointment. As we become familiar with the customer and their home, follow-up appointments will not require someone present.

If your home is empty (if you’re moving in or out), we can perform the maintenance without you having to be present.

We follow proven industry best practices that have been shown to extend the life of your home. Our experience and experiences of other professionals demonstrate that regular maintenance leads to a higher home life expectancy. 

We stand by the quality of our work and should our work not live up to your expectations, we will work with you until it does. 

If you have a maintenance request that does not fall under either of our maintenance plans, such as lawn care, seasonal care, gutter cleaning, junk removal, or even a construction project, we would be happy to provide you with a custom quote for the work. Just email or call us with your questions

Our services have been very popular and although we are handling multiple appointments per day, we are still taking on new customers and your business is very important to us. The best way to reserve an appointment or to ask us a question is to call or email. If we don’t pick up, please leave us a voicemail or send us an email and we promise to get back to you within 24hrs. 

Yes. These requests will be handled on an individual basis so please let us know what you may be looking for and we will be happy to create a custom offer that will include a repeat customer discount

Because our services have been in high demand, we recommend that you allow 2-3 weeks in advance. We will work with your schedule to make sure the date and timing are comfortable and convenient for you

Please make sure we will have access to your utility room, your bathrooms and other rooms. As much as possible, please free up space in your bathroom cabinets so we have enough room to look over your plumbing and install water alarms.
